Plot: Jane Austen is a young writer in search for love. Tom Lefroy is a poor, soon-to-be lawyer. Mr. Wisley is set to inherit his aunt's wealth. Both men pursue Jane's romantic interests. Will she choose to marry for love, for money, or not at all? The love and struggles of life make Jane Austen the formidable writer that she becomes.
Extra thoughts: This was a good period piece flim. The directing and acting were good. The beginning of the film seemed a little slow, but then picked up. If you like period films or like Jane Austen you will enjoy this film.
