Plot: The Chinese Ambassador is killed at a conference when he declares that he has the name of the Triad Crime Ring. Lee and Carter chase down the assassin and it turns out to be a close childhood friend of Lee's. Conflicted Lee lets Kenji escape. By interrogating another assassin they get an address in Paris. Thus they go to Paris to find the head of the Triad. Of course they get over their heads and it tests their brotherhood.
Extra thoughts: Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker team up for a 3rd action/comedy. Of course there are martial arts and chases. Most of the action takes place in Paris. There are some funny situations. It is entertaining.
