Plot: Ebby Calvin Laloosh is a promising young pitcher for the Durham Bulls, a minor league baseball team. He meets up with Annie Savoy who makes him her “project” for the season. The Durham Bulls bring in a catcher named Crash Davis to get Ebby to pitch well and ready for the major leagues. The three characters go through many baseball rituals to get the right luck to win. Also, a love story begins between crash and Annie as well as Annie and Ebby.
