Plot: A deadly virus runs rampant in Scotland. Scotland is sealed off from England and the rest of the world to contain the virus. It is assumed everyone is dead in Scotland. Some twenty years later the virus reappears in London outside of the quarantine zone. The British government has known for years that there are survivors inside the quarantine zone. A team of military commanders are sent to find the doctor who possibly has the cure. Will they get the cure in time?
Extra thoughts: Doomsday has a good plot about two-thirds of the way through. Then it just takes weird turns for some reason. This is an action film and it has a lot of it. Take an epidemic movie, Camelot, and Mad Max movie, put them together in a blender and you come out with Doomsday. There is blood and guts and cannibalism. I give it a so-so review because it got stupid at the end.
