Glory Road So So

Main Actor(s)/Actresses: Josh Lucas and Derek Luke

Memorable Supporting Cast: Damaine Radcliff, Jon Voight and Austin Nichols

Plot: Don Haskins leaves his high school coaching job and moves his family to Texas to coach the struggling Texas Western basketball team. He makes an unprecedented move and recruits several African-American players for his team. The entire team had to battle racial inequality as well as battle their foes on the basketball court. Texas Western made a powerful impact on the game of college basketball.

Extra thoughts: Glory Road was an okay film particularly if you like basketball and its history. It is based on a true story. The writing was fair. The acting was okay. Josh Lucas did a good job portraying Coach Haskins. See it if you are a b-ball fan.

Director: James Gartner
