Plot: After the death of her older brother, who was a soccer star, Gracie vows to take his place on the soccer team the following year. She has to battle with the school as well as her family who try to tell her not to do it. She continues to work for the success on the soccer field and for the love of her father.
Extra thoughts: Gracie is based on a true story. It is very encouraging and inspiring especially if you have experienced the loss of a loved one at a young age. The acting and directing were fair. Some of the family members whom the film is based play roles in Gracie. If you like soccer or true stories then you will enjoy this film.
