Plot: Sean Porter works in a youth prison. Sean is tired of the kids going back to crime after they leave the prison and ending up right where they stated. He decides to give the boys something to work for and live for other than their gang life. So, he forms a football team. The boys develop football skills, but more importantly team work and acceptance. The Mustangs have a rough go both on the field and off.
Extra thoughts: This is a true story. There were moments of inspiration, but for the most part the movie was flat. The acting was poor with the exceptions of Trever O'Brien (Kenny) and Brandon Smith (Bug). Jade Yorker was fair as Willie. This film could have been so much better. Watch it if you have extra time on your hands or need a glimpse of inspiration.
