Hart’s War
Main Actor(s)/Actresses: Bruce Willis as McNamara and Colin Farrell as Hart.
Memorable supporting cast: Terrence Howard, Cole Hauser, Marcel Lures and Vicellous Reon Shannon
Plot: It follows Lieutenant Thomas hart after he is captured by the Germans during the battle of the Buldge. Through his interrogation and his train ride to a prison work camp.
He is put in with the enlisted men after he is questioned about his German integration. Two African-American fighter pilots are put in Hart’s barracks. One is killed by the Germans and the other is accused of killing a white prisoner. Hart is made counsel for the surviving African-American pilot for his military trial. Many twists and turns occur in this movie.
Extra thoughts: Despite the many twists and turns, I did not find this movie very satisfying. The plot does not have a clear point and it does not hold your interest like a movie should. The acting is fine, but lacks direction from the plot. Don’t see Hart’s War; it will break your heart.
