Plot: David Rice has a crush on a popular girl in school, Millie. He gives her a snow globe which is ripped out of her hands by a bully and thrown on to the ice covered river. David wants the globe for Millie so he goes out on thin ice to get it, but he falls through. He struggles beneath the ice, but suddenly he is transported to the town library. He finds he can transport himself whenever and wherever he wants. But Roland and his group find out about him and they want him, and his kind, dead. Will he escape their pursuit?
