Plot: This is the story of D-day told from both the Allied and German perspective. This star packed film includes the decision by Eisenhower approving the landing on the beach. It includes Hitler as he sleeps through the initial fights and the hours to his decision to hold back the 15th armored division because of the belief that the main attack would happen at Caan.
Extra thoughts: This black and white film is one of my top ten World War II films. If you have not seen it, rent it and enjoy.
