Plot: Arthur Edens, the lead defense council for UNorth, a producer of herbicide, goes crazy during a deposition and takes off his clothes in a meeting room. Michael Clayton, a problem solver(fixer) for New York City's largest law firm, is sent to bring him back to New York and keep him on track so as to not screw up the major lawsuit. But, Arthur Edens is not cooperating and Michael Clayton has problems of his own paying off debts for a failed business. Forces are working in the background to make things go UNorth's way.
Extra thoughts: Michael Clayton is an alright movie. The plot has no big twists to it. As far as legal films are concerned, it's pretty mediocre. There are others that are better. George Clooney holds his own as Michael Clayton. It's no all that great, but it's not all that bad either. It is worth seeing.
