Patton See It

Main Actor(s)/Actresses:  George C. Scott as Patton and Karl Malden as Omar Bradley

Memorable supporting cast: James Edwards

Plot: The movie begins with Patton speaking in front of his troops with the Stars and Stripes background.  It follows Patton from his take over of the American 3rd Army in Africa after the Kasserine Pass massacre in Tunisia, in 1943. He is victorious in fighting the Germans in Africa and has a successful campaign in Sicily. The movie shows his stumble of slapping a soldier with his gloves causing the loss his command. He is then sent to various locations as a decoy for the Germans.  After Operation Overload is bogged down, Patton is again put in charge of the 3rd Army where he breaks out of Normandy and leads to victory the liberation of France. Patton also plans and implements the successful counter strike to the German offensive in the Battle of the Buldge.
