Plot: Four American Tourists are in Southern Mexico at a resort. They run into a guy from Germany whose brother is excavating an old Mayan ruin. They are invited to go explore it, but will it be the last thing they do?
Extra thoughts: The Ruins is a really bad movie. It is kind of intriguing for the first half hour, but then it goes nowhere. The plot is really stupid. Being a horror flick, they are usually shallow, but this one doesn't even get to the top of your big toe. Blood and gore is all it has to offer. SKIP IT BIG TIME.
