Plot: Peter Parker and Mary Jane continue on their relationship. Peter Parker's Uncle's true killer gets himself turned in to particulate matter making him a sandman. Plus a meteorite lands on earth and a black living organism oozes out of it and gloms on to Peter Parker. It feeds on his selfish streak, thus a black Spider-Man. Will Peter Parker conquer his foes; old and new?
Extra thoughts: Spider-Man 3 has lots of action, but it really doesn't go anywhere. The story retreads and revisits story ideas from Spider-Man 2. I thought it was kind of boring. The moral ambiguous characters of the real bad guys is pretty tiring. Spider-Man 3 didn't keep me at the edge of my seat. Watch it if you have time. Hopefully Spider-Man 4 will be a lot better. Spider-Man 3 is a so-so film.
