Plot: A storm chaser becomes a TV weatherman after a rocky relationship with his wife. His wife hasn’t signed the divorce papers yet so he goes out into tornado alley to find her and get them signed. He and his wife both have a passion for chasing tornadoes. Before he knows it, he’s back on the team trying to get his weather instrument, “Dorothy”, into the vortex of a twister to measure it's dynamics.
Extra thoughts: This is an action movie through and through. It’s Hollywood’s depiction of storm chasing therefore, unrealistic in many areas. But it’s fun to watch. A bonus of this movie is it will teach you about the Fujita scale of tornadoes.
