Plot: A young boy, Angus, is longing for his father who is missing in action from the war. While at the beach Angus finds a mysterious egg. To Angus' surprise the egg hatches and it turns out to be a legendary water horse which is the loch's most fabled creature. Angus befriends the creature and tries to raise it along with the help of some of those around him. WIll the water horse be able to survive?
Extra thoughts: The Water Horse: Legend of the Deep tells the story of how the infamous Loch Ness Monster came to be a legend. The plot is something different. The acting and writing were fine. Alex Etel did a good job in the lead role. I would recommend you see this film when you have time.
